How we buy, and why it matters to you
Citadex Systems procures exclusively through authorised distribution channels and manufacturer programmes. Equipment arrives new, with traceable origin, valid serial numbers and manufacturer warranty registered to the end customer — not grey-market stock with no support path.
Because we resell under our own contracts, the customer receives a single invoice and a single warranty counterpart, while the manufacturer's own service entitlement remains fully intact.
