Citadex Systems is an information technology company operating as a solution provider and value-added reseller. We advise on architecture, supply the equipment and software, implement it, and support it for the life of the system.
Citadex Systems LLC was established in January 2026 and is headquartered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The company serves corporate, financial, industrial and public sector organisations that need enterprise-grade IT equipment together with the engineering capacity to put it into production.
Our business model is deliberately two-sided. As a solution provider, we assess requirements, design the target architecture and take responsibility for the technical result. As a value-added reseller, we maintain commercial relationships with authorised distributors and manufacturers, which allows us to quote, procure and resell hardware, software and licences to our customers under our own contracts, with manufacturer warranty preserved.
Customers therefore deal with one supplier for the whole chain — specification, commercial proposal, purchase, delivery, installation and service — instead of coordinating a designer, a trading company and a service contractor separately.
Shovkat Rikhsiev founded Citadex Systems in January 2026 and leads the company as Chief Executive Officer.
Since founding, he has built the founding team, established the company's supply and distribution relationships with international manufacturers, and set the technical and commercial direction it operates under today.
Under his leadership, Citadex Systems has gone from a newly registered company to a working IT solution provider with signed distributor agreements and a growing client base within its first months of operation.
The same sequence applies to a ten-workstation refresh and to a full data center build.
We review the current environment, constraints, budget and the outcome you actually need — on site where required.
You receive a technical specification, a bill of materials and a firm commercial proposal with lead times.
We procure and deliver the equipment, then install, configure, migrate and hand over documented systems.
Warranty handling, spare parts, monitoring and agreed response times for as long as the system is in service.
Illustrative examples of typical project scope — not a list of specific named engagements.
End-to-end replacement of ageing server and storage hardware, including migration and staff handover.
Structured cabling, switching and wireless deployment across multiple sites with centralised monitoring.
Firewall (including Fortinet FortiGate) and endpoint protection deployment for an organisation modernising its security posture.
Sourcing and delivery of specialised sensors, including seismological monitoring equipment, for an energy-sector project.
We are not locked into a single manufacturer. Equipment is selected on technical fit, availability and total cost of ownership.
Design, supply and service sit with the same company. There is nobody to pass the problem to when something fails.
Specifications, as-built documentation, warranty records and service reports — the paperwork procurement and audit teams ask for.
Implementation is carried out by our own technical staff, holding current manufacturer and platform certifications.
Equipment is sourced through authorised distribution channels, with traceable origin and valid manufacturer warranty.
We stay after go-live: post-warranty support, spare parts logistics and planned lifecycle refreshes.
